Short Canoe Trip!

We finally took the canoe out the other day. We saw some signs of gators, wild splashing, but no up close and personal encounters! This turtle swam with us a bit and we found some racoons lounging around in a tree!

Fall Festival after church this morning!!! We had a picnic lunch then games and fun!

Animal Kingdom!!!

We had tickets to use by the 17th of this month, so we went to Animal Kingdom! It was a great day. Not too hot and lots of fun!

Ashton scored his first goal of the year!!!!! Hope it is the first of many!!!

What a difference a year makes....

Ashton was right into the game this year! It was so much more fun to watch! He was running, chasing that ball and kicking it!!! We heard, "I love games!!!" Last year Ashton didn't like games because he was not going to kick the ball unless it came to him. Therefore, he did not kick that ball very many time! Today, he was in there going after that ball and kicking it!!! I was so proud and happy for him!

Our new trick...

He has the confidence to ride down the alley now!!! The last two nights we have taken Ashton down the alley to McDonald's for ice cream! He loves being a big kid and riding his bike up and down the alley! I am still amazed that he is riding the two wheeler completely by himself. His goal was to ride it so when we go camping again, he can take it and ride it around and to places!

So Fortunate...

We went camping for the weekend! Call us crazy but we went with 6 families for a total of 13 kids, 10 were girls and 11 adults! Needless to say it was a blast!!! We are already planning the next one!
